Samya Ghosh (Sam) is a multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of design and climate & social impact.In his work, Sam guides and supports teams to design movements and sustainable solutions that are tailored to address the needs of the people. With more than 11 years of experience in the field of design, Sam is currently the Associate Creative Director and part of the leadership team at Purpose India, and he works on campaigns related to Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights, Youth Rights, Climate Justice and Sustainable Energy Solutions. He has worked for a variety of clients including The United Nations, WHO, UNICEF, IKEA Foundation, Packard Foundation, Apple, Facebook, Budweiser, Adidas, Netflix. He’s a member of the Type Director's Club, a visiting design faculty at IIAD Delhi, and has been featured in London Design Festival 2017, Jerusalem Design Week 2019, and TypeLAB 2023.Sam holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Design from St. Xavier’s College, further Design certifications from IDEO and UAL, and is currently researching on Films, Art History, and Eastern Philosophies.
