Synthesized and characterized novel nitric oxide (NO) prodrugs to be screened in lung and liver cancer cell lines. This research resulted in 8 publications, 2 invited lectures, and 10 conferences with abstracts.

Investigation of Palladium catalyzed Suzuki-like couplings of tetrazine and triazines. The heterocyclic compounds were cross coupled with additional functional groups in attempt to follow with Inverse Electron Diels Alder cycloadditions. This 'Work for Distinction' was completed with an undergraduate thesis and defense.
