Transformation Specialist
CurrentManage important transformation projects, maintaining momentum throughout, and drive improvement on transformational skill of business unit managers. Responsible for driving complex initiatives on both operational structures and the strategy of the organisation. Act as critical link between executive vision and the work of enterprise. Working collaboratively with Initiative Owner and Impact Centre Leader to support in designing, executing and managing multiple teams through organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity.• Manage and drive completion for 7 cross-divisional initiatives related to Asset Quality, Remediation and Collections for non-retail segment.• Strengthen project portfolio management for Business Banking Transformation Strategic Office.• Manage and drive execution for 4 cross-divisional CIMB Group sub-initiatives relating to Loan Monitoring and Collections/Recovery for non-retail segment.• Manage and drive execution for 2 cross-divisional CIMB Group sub-initiatives relating to Pre and Post Credit Approval Process for non-retail segment.
