Developing and executing a community engagement plan for Croda Atlas Point including:● Logistical planning, recruiting, executing, and tracking volunteer events for corporate volunteerism● Representing the company at local meetings ● Identifying and building relationships with local organizations and neighborhood advocates to better understand the needs of the diverse community● Scheduling and executing community outreach events to increase employee engagement● Establishing impactful sponsorships and outreach for STEM programming● Overseeing the Community Advisory Council to disseminate site updates to community partners and local community activists● Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with elected officials and policy makers
