Executed the installation & commissioning phase of UPS Units (VERTIV APM UPS, EU), associated Distribution Panels and Power Distribution Units (PDU’s) to power up Data Centre and achieved successful project delivery.• UPS Testing & Commissioning Engineer for Data Centre project with ETISALAT at EXPO 2020. Successful completion of Site Acceptance Test’s (SAT) for 16 UPS’s of range 120KVA – 150 KVA (VERTIV APM UPS, EU) and accomplish project milestone set. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze the requirements gathered from stakeholders to define the project scope, identify delivery dates and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to recommend appropriate and cost-effective solutions. • Meticulously track and report project progress, performing analysis on variances and lead meetings with stakeholders to advise and revise as appropriate the changing needs and requirements of project. • Point of contact for the project team and stakeholders for the resolution of customer issues associated with project engineering function and keep them updated on the project status. • Liaise with other organizational units (Procurement, Finances etc.) to ensure coherence with project plans. • Collect post implementation reviews, analyze and summarize the successful and unsuccessful project elements and update lessons learned database.
