My basic responsibilities as Research Analyst at Biltrax were covered with primary & secondary research of project opportunities across India and converting the details into actionable leads for the clients. Along with this, I additionally manage to discover and lead the new department of capturing public sector project opportunities.Based on my performance with great enthusiasm, I got promoted to "Senior Associate: Data Operations and Process" role where my responsibilities matured to manage both the Team and the Clients. It is loaded with opportunities to train new employees, upgrade the existing ones, training and onboarding of Clients, managing their queries, representing company product and processes to them and so on.
