Created multimedia sample files for the test cases.• Technical writing: Co-authored application notes on how to use different LCD screens and RAM configurations on our Linux platforms. Redacted the documentation bundles for the BSP releases (user guides, reference manuals, and so on). Wrote a "minimum requirements" guide for our Linux reference materials. This guide resulted in improving their clarity, consistency, and overall usefulness.
• Software testing: Executed black box integration and regression testing for a mobile multimedia software framework. Identify functional defects, power consumption or performance noncompliance. Raise defect reports so that SW or HW development teams could debug and fix the platforms. Created multimedia sample files for the test cases. Reduced the time needed to complete a test report from 2 hours to 30 minutes.• Technical writing: Reviewed and modified the test case execution guide to make it more useful for Junior Test Engineers. Wrote a guide for the tools used to create and validate multimedia sample files.
