For Telematics and Infotainment products. • Software stack: Worked on coding with both Kernel and user level functionality. Implemented an "Image Manager" service used for Factory or Over-the-air (OTA) software updates. Presents an API to perform file system or bootloader upgrades. It is being re-used for new products.• Software testing: Functional, Integration and Regression testing of the media player code for a Hardware interface to consumer electronic devices (MTP and Apple).

• Medical System Integration: Co-developed a Medical Kiosk demo for Pounce Consulting. It enabled patients to monitor some health metrics (heart rate, blood pressure, etc.). The patients used a magnetic card to identify themselves, and then they used a touch-based Human-machine interface to interact with the system. Met customer requirements. Exceeded customer expectations by providing a workaround to display videos just how they wanted.• This was a Startup done with two colleagues.

• Tier 2 technical support: Provided technical support to customers developing products with i.MX applications processors. Created trainings for Field Applications Engineers. The scope of the support varied, but was mostly related to audio/video codecs or driver troubleshooting. • Software testing: Executed sanity tests for our BSPs and codec releases. Raised defect reports so R&D could track found issues. Created multimedia sample files for the test cases.• Technical writing: Co-authored application notes on how to use different LCD screens and RAM configurations on our Linux platforms. Redacted the documentation bundles for the BSP releases (user guides, reference manuals, and so on). Wrote a "minimum requirements" guide for our Linux reference materials. This guide resulted in improving their clarity, consistency, and overall usefulness.

• Software testing: Executed black box integration and regression testing for a mobile multimedia software framework. Identify functional defects, power consumption or performance noncompliance. Raise defect reports so that SW or HW development teams could debug and fix the platforms. Created multimedia sample files for the test cases. Reduced the time needed to complete a test report from 2 hours to 30 minutes.• Technical writing: Reviewed and modified the test case execution guide to make it more useful for Junior Test Engineers. Wrote a guide for the tools used to create and validate multimedia sample files.
