We love to educate people on insurance and see what sort of coverage they have and dig into seeing what they really need. Sometimes they are set up very well for their future and other times they discover that their are gaps and are missing out on some very important pieces. We look forward to connecting with you soon and helping to educate people daily!From 2014-2019, I worked for the Colorado Visiting Nurse Association managing two departments, their Volunteer Department and Wellness Operations. I manage roughly 200 volunteers annually through group projects, office helpers, handymen, hospice, and wellness services. This position reports to the Director of HR because I follow the same processes to on-board volunteers as the company does to on-board new employees. The Wellness Manager position reports to the CEO with the focus of balancing the budget and handling all back office issues for this department. Back in 2014, I assisted 160 plus Amazon Team Members employed by EZCORP across the U.S. improve their sales and customer service skills. Additionally, I intervened to assist our team members with customer issues to help perpetuate a standard of professionalism for the company and maintain its good standing. I understand the importance of saving as many sales as possible in an amicable fashion that will not only repair our relationship with the customer, but also, establish loyalty to our online storefront and create returning customers that will tell others about their positive experience with this company. The foundation of my work experience in healthcare, education, marketing, technology, and customer service has been integral in coaching the the team members' success with customers, as well as, handling any conflicts. This business is customer driven, and we valued their feedback and business while maintaining the company's integrity.
