As a Bay Area native, I’ve grown up around the very people I now serve. Helping my community has been my driving force within my career. I began in retail where I honed in and developed strategies to provide the best experience for every customer and client i interacted with. I continued along that path by acquiring my Customer Service Certification at San Jose Job Corps all while completing my IT/Business certifications with Foothill college and Year Up Bay Area.Through these prior experiences and training, I can confidently go into any situation or problem and make a decision that is both productive and beneficial to the business.Today I find myself focused on my current role where I utilize not only my previous skill sets, but I find myself developing new strategies to better serve the end user.
