NCE designed incinerators for medical, animal, human, regulated materials, and waste disposal, as well as wet scrubber air pollution control needs. NCE company ceased operations in December 2014.– Responsibilities were similar to Dustex above with the addition of compliance with EU regulations.– Designed and installed two state-of-the-art air pollution control systems and continuous emission monitors (CEMS) for municipal waste incinerators in Fort Detrick, Maryland. Project included patented rotary atomizing scrubbers.– Designed and built the only New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) medical waste incinerator and wet scrubber in the state of Georgia for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).– Designed and built ground-breaking incinerator and wet scrubber technology to dispose of contraband and drug wastes for the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) in Laredo and El Paso, Texas.– Designed and sold Emcotek wet scrubber air pollution control (APC) equipment.– Designs and applications focused on hospital, medical, infectious, clinical, and hazardous wastes.– Designs complied with U.S. EPA and/or EU regulations.– Prepared detailed engineering proposals.
