This position was responsible for the development and management of ENERGEX’s telecommunications business and the portfolio of ENERGEX branded telecommunications products.

This project position was responsible for the development and implementation of a national sales and marketing strategy for Optus cable television and satellite services.

This position was responsible for the management of the Qld Sales Department. Products sold were Optus cable television, long distance telephony and mobile leads to residential and business customers via community marketing, direct and retail channels.

In this position Tricia was responsible for the planning and development of key business development projects including the introduction of local telephony services to Qld and the Qld implementation of a joint venture between Optus and Australis (Galaxy) for the provision of satellite pay television services.

This position was responsible for the management of the Customer Service Technicians who installed cable television to residential and business properties; and the Sales Representatives responsible for the sales and promotion of the Optus cable television product.
