After 14 years working at JKR I gained invaluable experience from working with Ian Ritchie and Andy Knowles.As Design Director I led a talented team of designers, scheduling, overseeing and reviewing projects either on my own or with my Creative Directors.Working closely with the Account Directors pre-brief and throughout the job was vital.I was also responsible for the individual creative development of my team members which was one of the most important aspects of the job.I looked after clients such as, Britvic, Proximo (Jose Cuervo), Fullers, Bulmers, Unilever (Knorr), Muller, AB Inbev (Boddingtons) and AB Inbev (Budweiser), - helping to win the pitch for Global Core Budweiser and Bud light accounts. Alongside this we also expanded the Budweiser offering with Budweiser 66 and Budweiser Black Crown, which was launched at the 2013 Superbowl.The most recent job before leaving was the redesign of the current Fullers portfolio of Ales with Creative Director John Ewles. We also developed their most recent Fullers Frontier Lager which has been a great success.Along side these clients I have also worked for brands including Addlestones, Anadin, Bassetts, Complan, Heinz, J2O, More (cigarettes), Kronenbourg, Mars, Maynards, McVities, Michelob, Stella Artois, Weetabix, Youngs and many more.

By the time I left college I had job at Springetts and so I began my Design career the moment my Degree had finished.The team at Springetts are an amazing bunch of people and it was a great opportunity to gain experience on brands that were household names.
