#Gain a detailed understanding of the project scope including interpretation of technical drawings & ensure to make them aware all stake holders within the organization in order to execute the projects within the parameters set.#Define & establish the execution plan and share with all internal stakeholders.#Schedule kick-off meeting#Effectively communicate project scope and expectations to subordinates.#Identify all possible risk involved on the Project and make all stakeholders aware, discuss, establish and implement possible remedial measures.#Monitor progress of operational delivery against the project plan to ensure the project remains on schedule and for invoicing purposes as per the agreed payment terms.#Co-ordinate with appropriate service departments in order to meet project requirements and ensure there are no shortfalls.#Ensure all quality steps are carried out in line with the quality plans liaising directly with the quality and safety team.#Liaise with clients throughout the duration of the project acting as a key client interface for clarifications on technical specifications, project updates and resolution of issues.#Facilitate daily client project briefings/ reviews with Production to track daily achievements and forthcoming key activities.#Prepare management reports on a regular and adhoc basis as needed.#Take up the price variations with respective clients and pass on any additional costs.#Keep management informed of the progress of each bid.#Understand cost implications of any client changes subsequently,engaging all key stakeholders before a decision is made.#Co-ordinate with production and clients until the completion of the project.#Attend the production meetings when appropriate to ensure all costing specifications are in line with client contract.# Co-ordinate project closing and budget.#Make all stakeholders aware of the lessons learnt during execution.
