(National as well as International) like silicon wafers, silver pastes, chemicals & gases etc, Contracting, Vendor Development, Logistics, Scheduling and Procurement of services & materials, Imports and Exports, Interaction with international clients. Played an instrumental role in setting up of the solar cell manufacturing facility of 430 MW including equipment tendering, contracting, logistics (Imports & Customs Clearances) and payments. Responsible for OEM module manufacturing  Preparation of annual Budgets, Product Costing, performance reporting (MIS), internal audits and assisting management in preparing bank loan proposals etc.  Handling GST & Customs law & Procedures, Acts- GST refunds & Customs rules & Import & Export Procedures. Responsible to manage the inventory function, to curtail inventory- holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastages. Handling successful negotiations with BDS providers like forwarders, transporters and agents for logistics within budgets and time schedules. Key achievements include achieving challenging cost of cell manufacturing below 5 cents per watt, core team member of setting up and managing solar cell manufacturing facility of 430 MW with shortest gestation periods and setting up of ERP Led Supply Chain with strong control points.  Personal Credentials: Honest in dealings, strategic thinking, techno commercial bent of mind, intense negotiation & complex decision making abilities, fluent & expressive Communication skills, a keen analyst with exceptional relationship, management skills and abilities in liaising with various regulatory authorities and external agencies.
