Have been in the profession of lending for last 16 years ,have catered to different client segments, started with Mid Corporate clients (Turnover of $65 Mn -$130 Mn), then to Large Corporate segment (Turnover >$150 Mn) it was altogether a different experience and provided me a lot of insights in capital market instruments and structured funding, after spending almost 11 years in Mid and Large space shifted my focus to the most vulnerable lower end of the value chain also called as spine of the economy - the Small and medium enterprises (SME) with turnover as low as $1.5 Mn in certain cases (and below that also in few) , SME has been huge learning curve and provided me an opportunity to go much deeper level in my analysis of the businesses and promoters.What I bring to the table for my employer:-• Creating a performing and desirable income yielding Asset book• Managing existing relationships for - hygiene, repeat business and cross sell• Trying to create leaders for the organization (presently have team of 13)• Developing a relationship network in the assigned region with companies and channel partners who can refer and generate profitable business opportunities What I do in my spare time (i.e. time remaining whatever spent on job, my family & friends)?? (Important question)Enthusiastically and Eagerly reading the Vedic scriptures like Bhagawad Gita, Srimad Bhagvatam, Ramayana ,Mahabharata etc to find the correct answers of questions posed by life at every step
