Current* In charge of welcome on board and training all new staff and refresher training to existing staff with new updates (Operation & Sales).* Controlling and authorising holidays, hours worked and overtime, manage absence.* Carry out staff briefings and hold daily sales & service meetings to measure success. * Creating an engaging competitive and positive work environment for the Sales Team by setting and assigning targets for all sales Executive.* Supporting the development of the sales teams product knowledge and sales skills through effective training. * Creating a culture of continuous improvement by asking for feedback and input from all staff.
