The world of business is complex and I believe that we only add to the complexities. More than 22 years of work experience, and the biggest thing that I have learnt from it is that ‘SIMPLICITY RULES… & IT DOES SO ABSOLUTELY’. The only issue, we don’t realize it and we don’t see it that way. Each and every issue has a simple solution only if we define the problem correctly. Like the clichéd line adapted from one of the Bollywood movies goes – “If it is not simple, then it is not the solution”. This is what drives me to work each and every day. This is what excites & motivates me – focusing on the problem to find a simple solution. I have worked in Delhi all my working life, except for the first year where I worked as a door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman back in my hometown Indore. In the past 20 years or so, I have been lucky enough to get the opportunity to build on larger clients and nurture smaller clients across categories from Automotive (Maruti-Suzuki, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, JK Tyre), Food & Snacks (Lay’s, Aliva, Uncle Chipps, Nestle Chocolates, Dawat Basmati), FMCGs (Reckitt Benckiser’s Mortein, Cherry Blossom, Vanish, Strepsils, Air Wick), Education (NIIT), Durables (Hitachi, Hamilton Beach) to Telecom (Uninor, Airtel, Nokia).
