JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:- 1. PLC(Delta, Allen Bradley, Schneider) programming on ladder logic on Small scale.2. VFD(Variable Frequency Drive All types) commissioning(Programming) as per Motor rating and customer requirement.3. FC cum FCBC Input- 415VAC/ Output- 110 VDC Charger installation, fault finding and commissioning for HT panel.4. Phase sequence, phase preventor earth fault, earth leakage, over current, under current etc relays setting and check its function in the LT panels and control wiring of the panels. 5. Automation by using Servo drives and Servo motors(Delta) and Programming of Servo drive as per Applications and maintenance of servo motors.6. APFC Panels Thyristor based and normal based and its Relay programming for power factor correction.7. Phase sequence, phase preventer earth fault, earth leakage, over current, under current etc relays setting and check its function in the LT panels. 8. Work done on daily basic on circuit breakers VCB, ACB(EDO, MDO), MCCB, Onload changeover, Isolator, SFU, Servo stabilizer, DGs.9 DGC-5 and DGC-6, PCC-3 Genrator control relay parameter set and make control of DG on the AMF panel side.11. Maintenance of Transformer VCBs etc.12. Trouble shooting in Electrical main LT panel and in Diesel Generators.13. New development in the Panels as Modification as per requirement.14 Work on the ACBs, MCCBs, MPCBs, Changeovers, APFC relays, AMF relays, And all other relays, Timers, And their programming and maintenance also.15.Troubleshooting in PLC panels mail LT panel and Programming of PLC on ladder logic16.Troubleshooting related to Electrical in MIG welding ROBOT check their function.16.Electrical circuit designing as per Application.17. Attend all the Electrical Breakdowns in the plant.18.DGs synchronization by using Easygen 2000,2500,3200
