Accounts of certain subsidiaries, including a company based in Mauritius, an investment company and a CSR company. Visited Russia.

Start-up joint venture of TCS and HDFC where areas included strategy, FP&A, pricing and commercial, borrowings and treasury (including foreign currency), controllership, vendors (including liability insurance), legal, company secretarial, compliance for USA, UK and India. Visited USA and UK.

Worked on proposal to reduce Government shareholding, prior to merger with IDBI Limited. FP&A, controllership, implementation team of core banking and funds transfer pricing.

Set up in house audit (part of J P Morgan, Asia Pacific, which was a joint venture partner). US GAAP (for listing of ICICI on NYSE) and SAP implementation. Led function in two companies - securities and brokerage as well as setting up two subsidiaries in USA.

For 2 years, based in UAE, Oman and Qatar performing audit and consulting assignments. After transfer to India, led assignments, including visit to Tokyo for a Japanese company.
