Current• Responsible for the operation of all utility machines.• Engineering dept documentation as per WHO norms like Daily records, Preventive maintenance records.• Responsible for the break down maintenance and preventive maintenance activities for the production and utility machines.• Coordination with purchase dept regarding required material.• Spare part stock preparation for Electrical items of production and utility machine• Responsible for the project work under the guidance of Project Manager• Looking after the operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC system.• Responsible for execution of energy saving projects.• Responsible for the operation and preventive maintenance of steam boiler.• Maintain the Calibration Planner for process equipments includes Pressure gauges, thermocouples and HMI etc.• Installation, operation & maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.• Responsible for ensuring the history of the equipment is recorded in proper manner for repetitive breakdowns.• Responsible for handling the AMC and outside contractor.• Handling HT/LT Panel room PCC, MCC,11 KV & 33 KV substation• Safety operation and maintenance of the fire fighting protection system like Hydrant system, sprinkler system, Fire extinguisher and annunciation system.• DG 250 KVA, 500 KVA & 1000 x 3 KVA synchronizing system change over and maintenance.• Knowledge about Pharmaceutical Plant Tablet section, Capsule Section, Ointment Section, Liquid Section.• Good knowledge of troubleshooting of BMS system, SCADA system.• Maintain the 6’S plan.
