At RFPHelper I am responsible for:- Search IT and Non IT Contract and Direct Hire Staffing services Opportunities (RFP, RFI, RFQ, RFO, ITB, TFB, Solicitation) open with State, Local and Federal government Agencies on diverse sourcing channels (Agencies websites and other channels).- Collect/Download All opportunity documents and review them in detail.- Create/Enter opportunity in RFP Tracking System With “Go and No Go Decision-and Remarks”. - Prepare Opportunity Matrix and share complete information with Proposal Writing Team on RFP Tracking system.- Discuss the opportunity with Proposal Writing team and get their questions and doubts and send the questions to Agency for clarification.- Get all the clarification form Agency and share with proposal writing team. - Participate in Proposal Conferences and gather intelligence and clear doubts (if any).- Search and collect intelligence of previous contact (If the opportunity is open for Renew) and this information includes Previous contract, Incumbent details, Their previous pricing, Agreement and all other information that is available on internet. - Also request Agency to share above mentioned information (Excluding Sensitive business information that is subject to “keep secret” and mutually agreed between agency and business) and Share all intelligence with proposal writing team.- Track all updates (Addendum, Amendments or other notifications) and acknowledge the recipient of the updates and share it with proposal writing team and update RFP Tracking System.- Get the final proposal from Proposal Writing Team and submit it at client end. - Track the Opportunities’ Award, Cancelation or Other Updates and update the RFP Tracking System. - Organize, Arrange Pre-Award Conferences with Agencies if there are such opportunities.
