As a shift manager at Sify Technologies, one of India's leading IT and telecom service providers, I oversee the operations and maintenance of the data center infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the systems and services. I manage a team of technicians and engineers, coordinate with vendors and clients, and monitor the operating budgets and performance metrics.I have expertise in HVAC, DG, UPS, IBMS, and other critical components of the data center environment, which I acquired through my education and experience. I graduated with a BTech degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Uttar Pradesh Technical University in 2014, where I learned the fundamentals of electrical and electronic systems, instrumentation, and control engineering. I have also completed multiple certifications and trainings on data center operations and management, enhancing my skills and knowledge.I am passionate about delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions to the customers and stakeholders, leveraging my technical and managerial skills. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, collaborating and supporting each other to achieve the organizational goals. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to apply them to improve the data center operations and standards.
