Complete knowledge of all Govt. e-tendering portals for Tendering / e-Tendering.Currently working with M/s Paramount Communications Limited as Assistant Manager - Tendering;• Executing online/offline EPC tender for GAIL, PGCIL, TSECL, HPSEBL, HPPTCL, HVPNL, PVVNL, PuVVNL, MVVNL, CORE, Indian Railway, MES, KPDCL, MPPTCL, MSPDCL, NCRTC, NTPC, NTPC REL, RRVPNL, REMCL & TCIL etc.• Prepare Techno-commercial Bid as per terms & conditions of tender documents. • Preparation of Tender Synopsis.• Vetting Bank Guarantee text for Earnest Money Deposit, Performance Security & Security Deposit as per requirements of tender documents, LOA & Work order.• Online Enrollment of Bidder at various e-portals for submission of tender.• Online/manual vendor registration in Government’s various departments.• Searching concern tender through various e-tender portals/newspaper/tendertiger.• Maintain MIS towards Tender Participate & EMD Bank Guarantee.• Bid Management in Participation in High Value Tenders & e-Tenders.• Prepare Pre-bid Queries and attend Pre-bid Meetings.• Interact with Customers for Clarifications and Queries at the time of Bid Evaluation
