• Oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting; asset management; cash and fund flow management; payroll; management reporting; financial, variance and accounts analysis; in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, financial policies and procedures and all other applicable laws, rules and guidelines.• Oversee all aspects of human resource management for all employees.• Assist in the development of current and long‐term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures• Ensure that procurement and administration policies and procedures are adhered.• Take overall responsibility for the finance training to manage the day to day administration of the Guild’s Finance Department,including sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash-book and nominal ledger. Design and deliver effective financial processes and procedures to ensure effective financial control including the development of automated systems.• Supervise the finance team on a day to day basis ensuring that work is prioritised to meet deadlines. Coordinate workload for the team, ensure viable staff cover of the department and provide support and training as appropriate.• Carry out bank reconciliations for all of the Guild’s bank accounts, investigating any unusual items.• To ensure the timely and accurate preparation of payroll processing.• Continually look to identify areas for improvement and develop processes that will enhance the level of service offered to Finance Department.• Control and supervise overall Finance department.• Responsible for finalization of Income tax and Service Tax and Filing ITR and Service Tax return.

 Working on 4 DOT NET based applications (SARAS, DTMS, CCMS & PCMS) Preparing Month end MIS reports which are required by regional management to update the ‘SAP’ records. Responsible for preparing MIS reports for regional management on daily basis for analysis of “Temporary Credit ageing, Debtor’s sale and ageing, forecast of sales for next 7 days”. Responsible of preparing weekly reports related to inventory analysis, margin analysis, employee giveaways analysis, promotion analysis and analysis of Debtors and TC customers. Conducting Temporary Credit Audits in Market. Scrutiny of inventory reports issued by stock controller before and after allocation of SKUs for sales on daily basis. Maintaining FIXED ASSETS register. Dealing with internal auditors and preparing reports for auditors as per requirement. Overall responsibility of Debtors and TC Management system Debtors Reconciliation and allocation. Maintaining and updating all finance records. Dealing with Bank transactions and preparing Bank recon  Preparing Audit checklists quarterly. Handling petty cash system Check the adequacy of Internal control activities.
