Key Responsibilities:- ➢ Preparing and updating of project schedule. ➢ Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Report & communicate it to all the stakeholders. ➢ Preparing & issuing of Monthly Management Review Presentation of assigned projects ➢ Issuing Project Reports/Trackers to management and all other stack holders as per agreed frequency (Weekly/Fortnightly) highlighting status, concerns and forecast. ➢ Coordinate with the Engineering Consultant, Procurement Team to arrange the required drawings, materials & resources on time. ➢ Preparation of cash flow, monitoring & controlling of services and resources cost using the SAP (PS, MM) ➢ Preparation of critical path, look ahead schedule, catch-up plan and S Curve. ➢ To monitor, measure and report the performance of the contractors in terms of the progress and resources deployment - planned vs actual. ➢ Ensuring deliveries of all equipment/materials are being tracked for all projects, highlighting list of critical vendors which are behind schedule. ➢ Arranging Weekly Review Meeting with Project Team, issuing minutes of meeting (MOM) and tracking its compliance till closure. ➢ Participating in project kick-offs meeting, lesson learned meeting, project close-out activities, ensuring PSSR points compliance ➢ Analyze schedule/cost and progress reports and trends developed by contractor.➢ Preparation & Management of Project Management Schedule(L2) in MSP & Primavera P6.➢ Generation of billing break up, Price Variation, Extra claims and responsible for sales target.➢Responsible for overall contract closer ,Extra claims & LD settlement

Project Management:• Overall Project Management starting from Kick-off meeting upto Project Closure including PG Test.• Management, Leadership, Co-ordination, Planning, Erection & Commissioning, PG Test and Completion.• Techno-Commercial Offer compilation, Offer studies, Negotiation, comparative study and finalizing techno-commercial orders for Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.• Following up for Constant Progress with Clients and Contractors to maintain the desired pace of work and commitments made to Clients.• Organizing necessary essentials to facilitate team working at Site and ensure that desired pace of work and progress is maintained.• Co-ordinate with Site In-charge and various Internal Departments such as Design, Material Management, to resolve Site issues and ensure that Site does not suffer due to problems in Design, Material Supply etc. Also co-ordinate with Quality and Safety Departments to ensure that work does not suffer due to Lack of Quality and Safety Supervisions.• Review the targets assigned to Site Team and Contractors to extract desired output from Site Team and Contractors and re-assess the parameters as required to overcome unwanted delay.• Provide state-of-the-art technological solutions to Clients as and when required.• Preparing Bills and maintaining adequate cash flow from Clients and at Project Sites.
