Book keeping of accounts books of the Mission Bookkeeping of all the vouchers of Coordination in unified  Prepare the Vouchers related to the Payments. Filling and Archiving accounting documents, responsible for the missions record management. Treasury and Financial Management Timely payment of invoices and legal commitments (E.g. Rent, Utility Bills). Check the validity and authenticity of all the documents.  Manage and follow up advances on the basis of valid documents and timely Reimbursement.  Timeliness: Reports are produced in a timely manner, often on a regular schedule (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). They prioritize critical information and deliver reports promptly to support decision-making and operational needs. Cash Management: Manage the company's cash flow by monitoring cash inflows and outflows, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing cash management strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Recording Transactions: Responsible for recording all financial transactions accurately and timely. This includes transactions related to sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, and any other financial activities of the company. They maintain detailed records to ensure the financial information is up-to-date and reliable.
