Tender stage quotation preparation as per client requirements, client approval for submitted tenders (after negotiations), finalizing contract agreements with clients and builders, providing support for builders in regular claims and variation submissions, local authority approvals for projects, method statement prepartions for site activities, providing risk assessment and safety procedures for site activities.

• Negotiation with Subcontractors for subcontract and labour supply works.• Attending client meetings for submitted tender discussions.• Finalizing contract agreements with clients after agreeing for terms and conditions.• Preparation of Project Budget Sheets.• Drafting subcontract agreements.• Providing necessary support for QS & Planning Team: I. During verification of Cross Checking Tender V/s BOQ Quantities for any changes before submission to Client.II. Preparing Variation against tender / contract documents / drawings & reviewing by site based documents via RFI’s & CVI’s.III. Preparation of Monthly Billing based on work done.IV. Preparation of payment certificates against Sub Contractors Claims after verification.V. Preparation of Tender V/s Contract Quantity Comparison for any change.VI. Follow up with the suppliers for Variation Quotations.VII. Preparation of EOT Claim documents based on recognized delays which can be justified against original agreed planning program.• Preparation of monthly cost reports for the project.• Preparation of LC payment certificates for materials received from suppliers.• Preparation of Cash Flow Reports.• Preparation of Cost to Completion reports for the projects.• Preparation of Manpower histograms and project organization charts required for the project initial submissions along with company profile and certifications.• Preparation of Monthly Commercial Reports for management review for overall company projects.
