Job Responsibility:• General operation & Monitoring of, Access Control System with biometric system, Inventory Control and keep record all the operational areas.• To manage and maintain the entire physical & electronic security of the company.• To keep control of material movement in company.• To lead and handle of Quick Reaction Team (QRT) during emergency period for the help of employee.• Traffic & Parking management in company premises.• To co-operate with the administration/facility team in all the administrative / facility issues.• Management of facility requirements in the company.• Coordination with vendor staff in the company.• Inventory Control and keep record all the operational areas.• Preparation of Information Security Metrics Reports & Monthly Security Report.• General Administration daily operation in terms of dealing of day today activities of stores / dispatch, Handling visitors & vendors.• Generation of Monthly & BMS related reports.• Preparation of Information Security Metrics Reports, weekly & monthly Reports.• Facility Management ,vender Management, Employee Management, Security Management • Fire Alarm and Detection System Operation.• Managing Help Desk ticket Resolving of facility.
