• Responsible for process standardization, optimization & troubleshooting with in-depth knowledge of unit operation related to process industry • Review URS, BFD, PFD, ULD, P&ID, GAD, Layout and provide the necessary inputs from a holistic perspective. Review and comply on client's inputs received post technical discussions• Expertise in utility system design, bioprocess equipments & vaccum generating equipments• Expertise in hydraulic line sizing, tank & vessel sizing, PSV sizing, heat exchanger design, pump hydraulics calculation, instrument selection and sizing• Knowledge of process control logics, codes & standards followed in process design and safety studies followed in process industry • Preparation of process documents like SFC, Valve Matrix & FDS etc.• Development of process logics, process alarms & interlocks for automated systems (integrated with process vessels & other bioprocess equipments)• Basic document understanding from other departments like Mech GAD, 3D, Isometric, Layout, Elec/Panel GAD & Automation Architecture etc.• Knowledge of filters, dryers, crystallizers, compressors, fans & blowers, flame arrestors etc.• Component quotation discussion & primary negotiation with clients• In charge of Process Engineering Team's qualification activities (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ & OQ)• Perform or support in execution of validation, commissioning & troubleshooting on-site• Coordination with cross functional teams to ensure smooth process flow in shop floor • Service/Support for customer complaints
