Ph.D. with over 10 years interdisciplinary research experiences in the field of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Genetics and pharmacology. My research focuses on underlying molecular mechanisms of age-related diseases to develop new therapeutic approaches for treating diseases. As well to understand molecular mechanism drug and identify novel targets of drugs mechanism of action by using CRISPR genetic screening and to confirm function in vivo and in vitro approaches.HIGHLIGHTS• Extensive experience in genome-wide CRISPRi, CRISPRa and CRISPR ko screening, generating gene editing cell lines by CRISPR/CAS9, genome editing, PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, CRISPR/cas9, dCas9-KRAB, siRNA, RNAi, DNA and RNA Purification, sequencing, Insilco cloning, and next-generation sequencing (NSG), RNA seq.• Molecular Cloning, transduction, gene expression analysis, Protein purification and expression, Western Blot, immunofluorescence, Lenti and retrovirus production, Luciferase reporter based metabolites screening, two-hybrid assay, ELISA, Experience in HTS of drugs cell-based assay, Mammalian Cell Culture.• Forward and reverse genetics in C. elegans model, generation of transgenic lines, aging assays, building double or triple genetic mutants, mutagenesis, Microscopy.
