• Primary responsibilities include programming screeners, testing screeners, rescreening, sending invites & payments.• Leverage software tools for recruiting including integrated and online platforms to coordinate all research participant recruitment. • Execute project screening and sub-quota criteria to ensure people with the appropriate qualifications are selected for participation. • Maintaining quotas in both reaching our targets and in case of dropouts and finding adequate replacements. • Proactive communication to research participants and teammates to support successful onboarding that results in timely project completion. • Keep ClickUp vendor pages updated; means to collect and add feedback on the specific vendor page.

• Be a point of contact for team members in case of any technical query.• Effective delivery management by ensuring high quality work in agreed timelines.• Work closely with India and Onshore leaders / stakeholders to efficiently manage the aligned unit.• Focuses on improving productivity of the teams though various levers of continuous improvement.• Effective People Management of the span and ensure data driven performance management is done.• KRA alignment of team members to promote and deploy data-oriented approach.• Execute R&R mechanism to motivate people as per their performance.• Have appropriate succession planning in place for critical roles (like SME, Supervisor, Trainer) so that associates can be groomed up the ladder.• Effectively lead conflict management in the team and resolve issues.

• Advertising collection and processing of Ads appearing across different medias like Online and Mobile in the U.S.• Responsible for replying to queries raised by the indexers focussing on specific industry/category (e.g. Food and Beverage, Insurance, Automotive, Travel, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner.

• Evaluate disputes (on Visa and MasterCard networks) that arise when a merchant disputes a chargeback. • If a consumer or business buyer contacts a card provider and disputes a transaction charge, work with the merchant to resolve the dispute.• In particular, seek documentation or proof that the complainant made a purchase. • After assessment, decide whether a chargeback is valid or if the card holder actually made a purchase.
