Business Manager – India/SAARC Region The Company wholly owned Indian Subsidiary of Dentium Ltd. Korea; a leading implant manufacturer, with innovative products to help dentists develop their skills in dental implantology.Joined as Sales Head – Implants division initially with the Indian dealer and soon appointed as Business Manager India/SAARC Region with the Principal company and opening a Subsidiary in India • Guiding force for establishing Indian operations for Dentium in India, within the given resources • Ensuring presence across Indian geographical boundaries to tap the potential • Laying down guidelines and SOPs for Sales, Marketing, & Operations keeping in mind the operational cost and profit for the Indian subsidiary Responsible for marketing activities to make the Brand Dentium presence felt by customers. Other Core responsibilities were: • to increase the Brand Visibility across India for effective sales,• ensuring proper coverage of the territory, region • Focus on sales target achievement w-o-w and m-o-m. • Introduced and strictly followed weekly target review system and leads of the team. • Introducing and execution of programs with foreign universities
