Current• Operations Of Ecommerce Portal (Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Glowroad, Jiomart Ajio etc)• Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform providers, technology vendors, and industry partners.• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.• Develop and execute effective strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.• Identify new opportunities for online business growth and expansion.• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce platform.• Ensure product listings are accurate, and the website is user-friendly.• Collaborate with the IT team to implement necessary updates and improvements.• Monitor and enhance the online shopping experience for customers.• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.• Utilize social media, email marketing, and other online channels to promote products and engage with customers.• Analyze E-Commerce data and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategies.• Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics.• Lead and motivate the E-Commerce team to achieve online sales targets.• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.• Forecasting, fulfilment, cancelations, returns, optimizing logistic cost and complain.• Identify potential vendors to ensure continuity of supply minimize risk of product not available and exploit emerging opportunities that are beneficial to the company.• Identify B2B market demand and develop products according to market demand• Arrange meetings with new and prospective Brands and introduce complete range of products.
