Sandeep has over 26 plus years of extensive experience in Finance, Legal, Outsourcing and Investor relation functions, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 He has gainful expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategy, business navigation, factory Finance, direct and indirect Tax , GST , Treasury and M&A functions in his career . He has been a keen learner and has equipped himself in recent times, with certification’s in Contract Law from Harvard Law School, M&A from London School of Economics (LSE), Investment Banking from New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) and Diploma in M&A , Institutional Finance and Investment Laws from Lawsikho (Skill India Certification). He has also done a certificate course from BSE for IPO basics. Sandeep has worked and Managed across Industries, Geographies and Cultures over the years . Some of the Key Industries he has worked is Audit, Auto Ancillary, Capital Goods and Automation, Chemicals, ITES, Paints, Fashion and Food. He has worked in India, Philippine's, EU, and also travelled on work to US and UK.
