I have been instrumental in preparing for ACHS (Australian Council on Healthcare Standards) while achieving ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 15189:2012 Lab QMS. I have coordinated for strategic business partnerships and management contracts with external agencies. I have commissioned new hospitals as a project manager implemented best practice SOP’s and Hospital Information System. As part of process excellence team doing Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), I have worked on streamlining the Hospital processes using best practices and technology. I also worked on new initiatives such as launch of the loyalty card, mobile application and use of RFID for asset & patient tracking.As a Management consultant, I did Business Process Re-engineering, implemented Hospital Information System; commissioned a Hospital, participated in preparation of detailed project reports and financial feasibility, vetted business plans, did due diligence of financial feasibility reports, analysed market trends and did bench-marking studies.
