Current• Client Performance - Analyze where we are going good, average, terrific, by showing Response Ratio, Quality Ratio, Coverage, Fill Ratio etc. Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports. • Running & creating productivity reports on a daily basis and sharing with US teams and other stakeholders. • Expertise in Managing Recruitment client portals and internal tracking systems. • On daily basis reports we must generate Collection reports, daily Submission reports, Daily Client Activity reports, Call log reports etc. • Create Jobs into Job diva Manually if required. • Set the Start of the candidate into Job diva according to provided info. • Excellent report-making abilities with accurate detailing in form of analysis methods, interpretations, conclusions and suggestions. • Ensure & check that the software system (Job Diva) is up to date. • Running & preparing multiple weekly reports by working with formulas and other various capabilities of the tool. • Strong analytical skills that help in evaluating a given need, considering alternatives and finding feasible solutions. • Have Excellent Expertise working on various VMS Portals such as IQNavigator, Field-glass, Agile 1, Beeline, Pro-wand, Smart Track.Skills: Microsoft Power BI • Microsoft Office • Microsoft PowerPoint • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Excel
