CanKids KidsCan - The National Society For Change For Childhood Cancer in India. Through the signature program YANA –You are Not Alone – we provide holistic support to a child with cancer and the family, from moment of detection, through diagnosis, treatment and after. I worked with 12 cancer-treating centres across the western region in India and supported around 400+ patients with cancer and their families to provide information, emotional, financial support and navigated them for better treatment. Also trained Cankids' hospital's staff in salesforce to maintain the database of patients.

Worked for childhood cancer patients, provide them - emotional support, counselling, financial support, facilitation, accommodation, navigate them for better treatment care and support. creating childhood cancer awareness and advocacy.Managed research on (HOPE) Household Out of Pocket Expenditure with 4 hospitals in Mumbai for 2 years.

I used to visit at Tata Hospital, Wadia Hospital, Sion Hospital, Nair Hospital by rotation basis. Observed the works of social workers and psychologists as well as did counselling to patients and their families, used to share my cancer journey and organized awareness programs, outing celebration. maintained patients database on Salesforce.

Access Life provides the families with Accommodation, Nutrition, and Transportation to hospital, along with counselling, and recreational and educational support, all free of cost, while their children receive medical care at Tata Memorial and other public hospitals in Mumbai. Childhood cancer patients and their families come at Access Life for shelter during their treatment. I used to manage a shelter home, coordinated with hospitals for patients treatment care and support and provided the emotional support, counselling, motivation, conducted hygiene and Infection control session for all the shelter homes on weekly basis.

In Tata Memorial Hospital working as a junior counsellor meeting to patient in various department and giving them emotional support, Counselling, Information about Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Diet, Side Effect of Chemo, RT, financial aid, Accomodation, and Hospital Navigation, Sharing my Cancer journey with them. In office data entry on Excel sheet. Visiting to Dharamshala for distribution food, Umbrella etc.

Successfully completed Professional Oncology Caregiving Course by Tata Institute of Social Sciences & Tata Memorial Hospital.
