Driven by a motive to lead at the global market place with a verve of quality, we implement Innovative ideas to merge expertise with experience and bring out the high end products that Reflect your specifications.Sales (marketing Own H1s) Responsibilities include:Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors.Posting list of bench consultants on networking websites to reach maximum no. of Prime vendorsGetting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals and other Networking sites.Maintaining a Vendor’s list and the groupsPosting candidates resumes on major job boards and updating them regularly.Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.Process candidates from initial contact through entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow up.Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultantsResponsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating and finalizing contractsResponsible for sourcing own h1s as well as 3rd party consultants (GCs and Citizens) for client and prime vendor requirements.Keep track of candidate arrival to bench (at least 2 weeks before) and getting their updated resume ready to market.Actively involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the tier-1 vendors.Preparing and monitoring Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports for reference of management.
