CurrentAs a key contributor to the SITE Metras Project, I specialize in optimizing and securing network infrastructures, focusing on advanced Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems across diverse operating environments, including Windows, Linux, and macOS. My work involves enhancing the performance, reliability, and security of critical network features.Key Responsibilities:Network Security Optimization: Contributed to refining VPN functionalities, including split tunnel and full tunnel flows, ensuring secure and efficient traffic routing. EDR/XDR Functional Enhancement: Led efforts to enhance EDR/XDR techniques that strengthen the network's ability to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats effectively. My work ensures that these systems are robust and capable of addressing a wide range of security challenges.Performance Engineering: Architected a scalable performance simulation tool that deploys agents via Docker containers, replicating a wide range of network scenarios. This tool is critical in benchmarking cloud performance and optimizing network services under varying load conditions.Cloud and Network Load Management: Directed initiatives to simulate and manage extensive network traffic, optimizing cloud-based services to handle high volumes of diverse events. These efforts have significantly improved network resilience and service delivery.Client Engagement & Issue Resolution: Provided direct support to international clients, gaining deep insights into network-related challenges. I collaborated with development teams to replicate and resolve critical network issues, ensuring uninterrupted service and enhanced client satisfaction.Continuous Network Monitoring: Managed continuous monitoring and regression of network stability, ensuring that all layers, including the network and application layers, function optimally.
