Design Manager with 13 years of experience in Shipbuilding project coordination along with Hull Basic and Detailed design for both Commercial and Defence Vessels. I am seeking a challenging position to contribute to company’s growth and personal growth within the organization. One of my career highlights was being part of the design team that performed concept design for Floating Dock-2 , Multi-Purpose Vessels (MPVs) and Cadet Training Ships (CTS), resulting in winning orders from the Indian Navy. This Floating Dock-2 is full constructed and delivered to Indian Navy with state of the art - Fully Automated Ballast Control System.I have performed Hull Basic and Detailed Design for various Indian Navy vessels, Platform Supply vessels, Anchor Handling Towing Supply and Standby Vessel, Jack Up barge, Crane Barge, Batching Plant Barge used in Construction of Bridges. I have also coordinated and performed concept design for numerous Indian Navy & Coast Guard RFPs.Design in charge for Naval Architectural Design, Hull Design, liaising with class, Vendors for Deck equipment, Project coordinator, Preparing BOM for Concept design, Design support to Production, Team lead for detail design group, Trials, asfitted drawings etc.
