It uses CHAT GPT-4 to learn from previous interactions and suggest accurate, trustworthy answers to your support agents.Responsibilities: ● Master the Richpanel product and be a subject matter expert on all set-up requirements use cases and the full scope of the product capabilities, including "Automation Rules, API Integrations, Custom Integrations, Analytics, Custom Flows & Taskbots." ● Take full ownership of issue resolution by understanding the underlying problem, troubleshooting it, and recommending apt solutions or necessary workarounds using software tools like Richpanel, AWS SES (DNS Records), Linear, Slack, and Notion. ● Report unresolved issues, bugs, and feature requests to appropriate internal teams with well-documented descriptions and own the final resolution of the issue. ● Product forward by solving the problem at the root-cause level, suggesting enhancements and new capabilities.
