Sandeep was part of the founding team at myHealth Sentinel (MHS). Involved in all aspects of product development, he also led all engineering activities at the startup - from defining the product strategy and roadmap, hiring and mentoring managers and engineers, forming strategic business partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft, as well as day to day service operations.A key member of the management team, Sandeep was closely involved with providing strategic recommendations to the Board of directors, addressing shareholders at Annual General Meeting (AGM) as well as participating in pitches to Venture Capital firms and investors.Sandeep was also responsible for engaging government officials, regulators and key stakeholders at Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH), Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), Ministry of Health (MOH) and Health Sciences Authority (HSA) to gain mindshare and contribute to policies in the fledgeling TeleHealth sector. This eventually led to a major Call-For-Collaboration (CFC) award by IDA in collaboration with National University Hospital (NUH).

Sandeep was responsible for managing the Unified Communications initiative, helmed by the CIO and Group Head of Technology for the bank. The focus of the initiative was improving productivity and enhancing collaboration for bank employees.Sandeep spearheaded all aspects of project delivery - a Unified Communications framework, to more than 30,000 users across the bank globally, . Managing cross-domain teams across several geographies to deliver integrated communications - voice, video, messaging and conferencing under a common interface. The initiative was well received and ranked high for employee satisfaction scores on ease of use and positive impact to work culture.

Sandeep spent most as his career consulting at Accenture, handling regional clients across APAC - covering the Telecoms, Commodities, Financial Institutions and Government sectors. Following are some of the projects and initiatives that held -• Advised on bank merger for CIMB Niaga, Indonesia’s 5th largest bank by assets, as part of a program to integrate banking systems and operations for the merger with Bank Lippo. Reporting directly to key program stakeholders at CxO levels – on all QA activites for the technology infrastructure covering quality, governance and compliance issues.• Managed the infrastructure integration for BASF acquisition of CIBA infrastructure across 14 countries in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Led a multi vendor team to facilitate office moves and closures across 20 different APAC locations and impacting over several hundred end-users.• Delivered end-to-end Service Management processes at BHP Billiton for globally outsourced enterprise services. Ran workshops with multiple vendors to ensure processes were fully integrated and operationally ready.• Managed a multi-vendor Technical Infrastructure team of 25 at Starhub Pte ltd as part of a major Business Support Services (BSS) – CRM transformation program. Drove all infrastructure design and implementation activities as well as environment management for over 100 servers and associated IT infrastructure. • Led the business development activities covering assessment of scope, effort, schedule and key deliverables for a National Environment Agency (NEA) study to define Green Data Centre standards in Singapore.

Sandeep led the team responsible for addressing and resolving high priority issues impacting SUN Microsystem's Premier customers. He was involved in performing J2EE architectural design reviews as well as application performance evaluation and recommendations for clients.
