-Continue and carry out all duties of previous role of Senior Supervisor-Reporting of infrastructure and facility status-Primary point of contact for facility matters and issues-Oversight and maintenance of entire facility and ensuring the efficientfunctioning of the campus. This includes all common areas (staff and studentareas), classrooms, recording studios and film studios.-Primary point of contact for procurement and purchasing services-Procurement for Operation Expenses (OPEX). OPEX includes procurement andpurchase of campus requirements-Procurement for Campus Expenses (CAPEX). CAPEX includes the procurementand purchase of requirements such as gear and software for the undergraduateprograms.-Maintaining and updating a weekly report of the facility. This includes all roomsand common spaces on campus along with a status report of items.-Monitor stock levels of wearables and usable items on campus. This includes cleaning/ disinfection supplies, open event requirements, pantry supplies andstationery supplies.-Managing the technical execution and support of SAE Events-Primary point of contact for Work Health and Safety (WH&S). Provide quarterlyreports on physical environment inspections, provide risk assessment reports and host the Work Health and Safety Committee meetings every quarter with the management team and safety officers. Identify and update staff safety officer certificates and licenses.-Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Director of Operations and/or Managing Director required for smoother functioning on campus, of OHS, staff wellness, facilities operations and management.

-Facilitating lectures for the Audio Engineering short course-Facilitating lectures for government and corporate audio courses-Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials and practical sessions tocourse students/delegates-Providing reading material, video links, home assignments andsupport to students/delegates-Providing a formal written assessment of performance for all course students/delegates at the conclusion of the course

-Managing the Supervisor department, involving structuring of roles of team members, delegating tasks and quality assurance of department services.-Development, supervision and timely update of booking systems and procedures.-Analysis and implementation of guidelines for booking and use of facilities. (Equipment and Studios)-Facilitating and conducting workshops for students in the varied faculties; upgrading software skills and functioning of equipment.-Training faculty and students on appropriate and systematic use of equipment and studios. Managment, preparation and deployment of student support services for the Supervisor department. -Analysis and reporting of infrastructure and facility status.-Facilitating student feedback focusing on technical support systems and services.-Primary point of contact for technical support for students and staff.-Primary point of contact for procurement and service of equipment.-Oversight of day-to-day functioning of campus.-Deployment of rigorous IT support for students and staff on a timely basis.

-Maintenance of studios and other practical and resource facilities.-Responsible for maintaining and updating equipment and resources databases.-Reporting faults with studios and equipment.-Assisting in the repairs and installations of equipment and facilities-Monitoring stock levels for cables and manufacture more where required.-Facilitate and record student studio booking, and monitor student attendance of practical sessions.-Ensure appropriate student behavior and studio activity during practical sessions.-Maintaining records of equipment loans to students.-Ensuring issues in relation to OH&S are assessed and monitored appropriately.-Assistance and support of students during practical sessions.-Assistance with course/college enquires-Assisting with Open events and marketing requirements.-Providing administrative support to college management as required.-Ensure all electronic files and documents are organized and managed appropriately.-Monitor campus security during after-hours practical sessions.-Be responsible for locking and alarming the campus on completion of after-hours practical sessions.
