My responsibilities there are to fetch Business from Direct Clients referred through our US office, Upwork, Guru, Freelancer & PeoplePerHour for the Software, iPhone, Android, SEO and Website Development.I was responsible to take care of Development & Delivery of Projects., As I was handling 4 teams: 25+ iOS developers, 20+ Android developers & 20+ ASP.Net developers & a Business team of 8 Business Development Executives. I was also responsible to convert new leads to projects by communicating with clients from overseas using different channels such as Skype, Phone etc. I was doing requirement analysis, preparing the Estimates & Proposals for clients.

There I worked with US GSA scheduled tenders for I.T. Requirement. We were responsible to provide technical support to clients including I.T. hardware analysis, Software maintenance, Software Renewal, Website development, Mobile Application development etc.Worked directly with lead E-Commerce companies ike, PC Mall, Mac Mall, TechData, Synex etc. Moreover handled projects related to Quantum.
