In deze rol ben ik verantwoordelijk om een effectieve en efficiënte digitale projectmanagement en -beheersing (ERP) omgeving te realiseren voor de grotere projecten binnen Alliander. Via een blauwdruk en fit-gap analyse zorg ik met mijn team samen met de business voor de optimale condities voor de implementatie van eerste een MVP van de SAP S/4HANA omgeving incl. specifieke applicaties. Hierin coördineer ik ook de totale ERP implementatie waarin ook finance, inkoop, logistiek en HR in meewerken.

Working as a business consultant setting up an operational excellence structure to create a continous improvement culture by implementing performance (visual) management, leading and training in proces improvements and coaching Green Belts and business managers. I start with analyzing financial business improvement potantial. I have done projects at installation and heating maintance companies GEAS and Energiewacht and at insulation companies Nederland Isoleert and Isoprofs. As a project lead at grid operator Cogas. I have also conducted several Lean maturity assessments within Essent and innogy, advising the business about ways to improve their Lean way of working.

Working as an internal auditor and lean consultant. Auditing on subjects as risk control, financial contractmanagement, law- and regulations and organisational design. As a lean consultant I facilitate lean projects. I also consult the management on applying lean on a strategic level.

3/2012 - 9/2012: Advisor Business Proces Improvement, Utrecht. I organized and co-facilitated lean sessions. 9/2012 - 3/2012: Advisor for Netherlands Office for Science & Technology (TWA), San Francisco, USA. I organized an event focusing at sea level rise in the San Francisco Bay. The parties participating were Dutch companies in the water sector, high-tech Silicon Valley companies like Oracle, IBM and Microsoft and governmental organizations from the Bay area. 3/2011 - 9/2012: Innovation Consultant at ViA15, a project organization consisting of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, the Province of Gelderland and the City Region Arnhem-Nijmegen. Entailed writing an advisory report about how to incorporate sustainability and innovation in the infrastructure. 9/2010 - 3/2011: Business Control Advisor at Rijkswaterstaat. Entailed writing a strategic consultancy report about the shared service unit.
