Production of a marble/epoxy rocking chair

In this project different epoxy combinations were tested to build a prototype dining chair.

There are many ways in which TNT Post directly and indirectly contributes to climate change. While some may seem minor, on a company level, they add up. Apart from the use of fossil fuel-consuming operation vehicles and planes, energy-consuming equipment and offices, TNT employees are also dressed in uniforms that indirectly contribute to TNT’s ecological footprint. Next to the emissions related to production and transportation of these garments, uniforms are maintained (washed, dried and ironed) by their employees creating a footprint that interrelates business and private activities, making it complicated to control. This project strived to develop innovative new concepts for a more sustainable TNT uniform collection in order to reduce TNT's overall ecological footprint. Show less

Bureaulamp Castelnuovo was developed for hotel Mod05 in Verona, Italy, that was designed by the Fusina 6 architecture department in Barcelona. The project included early concept generation and development up to detailed propopsals for production planning and shape mock-ups. The Italy based lighting design firm Viabizzuno directed the development of a working prototype and the later production. Mod05 opened it's doors in early 2007.

The Droog Design gallery staff team is responsible for daily shop and exhibition managment in the Staalstraat gallery in Amsterdam. Next to general floor managment, continous and temporary exhibitions by Droog or by third parties require frequent gallery re-designs, planning and advertising.
