He is quick to respond to the field teams we support, deftly manages our most-used demo space, and will always help if a teammate hits a blocker with their own work. Many times when I am facing a hurdle in one of our projects, I find myself hyper-focused in on the problem itself, whereas it seems Marty is at a ten-thousand foot view, thinking of the different angles we could approach the problem from or how we might troubleshoot. He is always pursuing more in depth knowledge of our platform, which really allows him to be creative when it comes to fixing problems or providing workarounds to existing situations. I know when I tap Marty for help, I'm going to get to a solid result in a small amount of time.
