Oversaw daily production of 6,600bbls of gross oil, 12,200mcf of gross gas, and 6,800bbls of gross water. Led two direct and ten indirect reports. Established biannual well reviews with all reservoir, production, and lease operating staff present. Designed, modeled, completed, and tested the Glenn Rose, Buda, and Georgetown formations in 13,500-foot vertical well to determine economic viability of said formations within lease hold. Conducted operations by utilizing coiled tubing embedded with fiber optics to record heat signature of deviated carbonate reservoir to assess effectiveness of acid stimulations. Investigated both retrievable and tubing-conveyed subsurface safety valves to determine most suitable valve for critical sour operations. Field-tested and implemented cased hole inspection logging suit to best address production casing integrity concerns.

Completed 103-hour pressure and temperature survey in 5,600 meter-deep well with 6,500psi wellhead pressure. Set mechanical cement retainer in well with 2,000psi head pressure. Performed 200-plus explosive runs. Completed 4,200-meter reverse cut and thread operation.

Managed crew of four with zero safety incidents during tenure in Indonesia. Completed first-ever cement bond log and ultrasonic image campaign on tension legged platform in 500-meter deep water. Facilitated proper transportation, storage, inventory, and usage of radioactive sources. Performed REW operations in presence of 7,000psi well pressures while using explosives and radioactive sources. Named active member of loss prevention team and ensured quality, health, and safety of both employees and environment. Supervised approximately $3 million of equipment during each offshore operation.
