Project Management • Interacting with various stakeholders for collating and analyzing requirements to align with project deliverables. • Setting up adequate infrastructure for effectively implementing migration, upgrade or automation projects. • Following up with internal and external support teams in maintaining project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters. Client : Alcatel-Lucent Being a member of Global Messaging Operations Team, I was responsible for all Alcatel-Lucent Messaging environment administration, maintenance and Migrations. This includes administration and Configuring of Exchange Servers, Migrating users from Exchange 2003 to 2007, Mange Blackberry, GoodLink, SharePoint and LCS Services. We are supporting more than 150 Exchange Servers which include more than 20 Mailbox clusters and CAS / HUB Servers. Major Responsibilities:-• Leading Exchange Migration from Ex2K3 to Ex2K7 for APAC region.• Leading the APAC Migration Support Team and support Global Migration Team.• Install Configure and Maintain Exchange 2007 application on clustered environment.• Troubleshoot all Messaging and collaboration services (like BlackBerry, LCS, and SharePoint)• Working on all migration related issues from mailbox migration perspective.• Actively participate/support/contribute to the team to resolve/fix all ongoing issues• Identifying faults/Trouble shooting/rectifying immediately to ensure uninterrupted optimum high standard services for client.• Work on all tickets which are escalated from L1 and L1+ Team and resolve them within SLA.• Guide and support APAC team members to understand ALU Processes and work on the tickets and issues within the SLA.• Develop PowerShell scripts for migration, automate daily tasks and bulk tasks.• Actively monitor the alerts and pro-actively work on the Major and Critical alerts.
