APAC market delivery-Program/Project charter and governance, establishing roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders per engagement.- Contributing to and reviewing Project budgets and Retainers projects renewals& Mertics.- Scope and budget maintenance, implementing controls, and change request management- Client road mapping, discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and business analysis guidance.- Coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders - Selection of methodology and milestone delivery mechanisms for a program/project based on feasibility and scope.- Risk and issues management, including mitigation planning- Communication and negotiation, escalation management and solution analysis, planning and enforcement. North America Market clientele-Worked alongside the North America Onboarding team in implementing Freshworks suite of products for various customer base ranging from Mid to large enterprise across the NA region. Spearheaded the project from inception to support handoff. -Acted as the SPOC throughout the onboarding phase and till support handover. Agile PMO best practices.-Continuous Implementation and Delivery using Agile scrum Framework-Project Plans, Budget management, Risk mitigation and Conflict management -Clients include Mid Market to Enterprise customers for Freshdesk, Freshservice & Freshworks CRM tools.-Strong Acumen and broad level understanding of all product features and functionalities.-Worked alongside Onboarding engineers in gathering requirements and building sprint planning for implementation.-Ensure on-time delivery of the required use case and the required agents/users procurement.
